Job Summary:

The Server/Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining restaurant cleanliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a table.
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve promptly.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and address any concerns professionally.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Order Management

  • Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen staff and barista.
  • Check food and drinks before serving to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Deliver orders efficiently and courteously.

Billing and Cash Handling

  • Prepare and present the bill to customers.
  • Process payments accurately (cash or POS transactions).
  • Maintain accountability for transactions and receipts.

Cleanliness & Organization

  • Keep tables, dining area, and service stations clean and organized.
  • Follow restaurant sanitation and safety standards.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
