Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process daily card transactions (debit, credit, prepaid) to ensure accuracy and timely posting.
  • Investigate and resolve card-related issues such as failed transactions, disputes, reversals, and chargebacks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Risk, Finance, and IT) to resolve operational and technical concerns related to card processing.
  • Support card issuance activities, including activation, blocking/unblocking, replacement, and lifecycle management.
  • Perform reconciliation and balancing of card transactions between system reports, banks, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP regulations, and card network (Visa/Mastercard) standards.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on card performance, transaction volumes, and operational metrics.
  • Assist in testing and implementation of new card products, systems, or process enhancements.
  • Provide operational support to both internal users and external partners for card-related services.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in card operations, banking operations, or payment processing (experience in fintech or digital banking is an advantage).

  1. Knowledge of card systems and processes, including authorization, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, and dispute handling.
  2. Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, or BancNet guidelines and BSP regulations related to electronic payments.
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (experience with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus).
