Organizational Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Unit Supervisor and team members to evaluate organizational needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and roll out organization-wide programs, training initiatives, and change management strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching to build employee skills and competencies.
  • Organize and support team-building activities to encourage collaboration, communication, and strong working relationships.
  • Measure the effectiveness of programs, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Advise managers and employees on performance management, career growth, and engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in organizational development and HR to introduce innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of policies, guidelines, and procedures related to development and engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align OD initiatives with HR functions and overall business goals.
  • Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on career development, training, and organizational changes.
  • Ensure compliance with eTap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
