Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Lead / Pipeline Generator to support our sales function by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients. This role is critical to maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with outreach tools, CRM systems, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and outbound prospecting tools
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with target industries and ideal customer profiles
  • Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels to engage prospects
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand off sales-ready opportunities to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to refine targeting and messaging
  • Continuously optimize lead generation strategies to improve volume and quality of opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, pipeline building, or sales support
  • Strong research and data-mining skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, or professional services
  • Familiarity with email automation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or prospecting software
  • Understanding of sales funnels, qualification frameworks, and pipeline metrics
  • Experience working with international clients or remote teams

Work-from-Home Requirements (Must Be Met Before Start Date)

  • Internet Connection: Minimum of 30 Mbps wired internet connection, plus a backup internet connection.
  • Computer/Laptop: Personal computer with updated software and dual monitors.
  • Headset: Noise-canceling headset (Plantronics or Jabra preferred).
  • Home Office: Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
  • Monitoring Software: Willingness to use monitoring software for payroll and timekeeping purposes only.
  • Webcam: Working webcam for meetings and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time
