Role Overview
We're on the hunt for a resourceful Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who will own our outbound efforts. You'll identify and engage target users such as beauty enthusiasts, budget-conscious shoppers, and affiliate partners to book product demos with our Founder. You should live and breathe sales, thrive under pressure, and excel at crafting sharp, personalized outreach.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Research: Scout and build lists of potential users, creators, bloggers, and affiliate partners across beauty, lifestyle, and consumer tech verticals.
- Outbound Outreach: Craft compelling, personalized email sequences to captivate leads and drive engagement.
- Discovery & Qualification: Qualify interests effectively and convert conversations into booked product demos with the Founder.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, ensuring seamless demo coordination.
- Data Management: Log activities, track email and outreach metrics, and maintain pipeline accuracy in our CRM.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate to refine messaging, optimize targeting, and improve conversion flow.
What You Need:
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing.
- Sharp sales acumen paired with standout written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starting, high-energy performer comfortable in fast-paced settings.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a bias for getting things done—quickly.
- Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot).
- Bonus: Interest in e-commerce, beauty/lifestyle, or consumer AI products.
