JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Collect and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, assist clients in completing applications and securing requirements, and ensure compliance with financing requirements;
  • Coordinate with banks/ financial institutions to monitor loan status and approvals, and provide timely updates and guidance to clients regarding their financial applications; and
  • Assist in the cancellation of mortgages, annotation, and transfer of titles by coordinating with government agencies such as the Registry of Deeds, BIR, and LGUs to ensure accurate and timely processing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field;
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in banking, loan processing, or real estate financing;
  • Strong knowledge of financing procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
