JOB TITLE: AI/No-Code Developer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced AI/No-Code Developer to act as a hands-on partner for our client in the construction compliance space. The client has built a basic document management system prototype using Lovable and needs an expert to guide them in scaling and refining it. This role is not about starting from scratch or delivering a full project; it's about providing weekly expertise, solving complex problems, and turning emerging ideas into actionable solutions alongside their internal team. The goal is to evolve their current system into a more polished, production-ready solution with improved UI/UX and critical integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate weekly with the client's internal team to provide expert guidance and support on their Lovable-based document management system.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges within the Lovable platform and related integrations.
  • Suggest and implement better ideas for their existing system, applying advanced knowledge of Lovable's capabilities and best practices.
  • Help turn the client's emerging ideas into action, defining and executing the steps needed to build new features.

  • Design and implement key features to enhance the existing system, including:

  • Full integration with essential tools like Xero, Dropbox, and Microsoft Word.

  • Improved UI/UX to make the system more intuitive and modern.
  • Advanced workflow automations and AI-assisted functionality.
  • Integration with mobile tools for on-site use (checklists, inspections, etc.).
  • Provide technical mentorship and share knowledge to empower the client's team.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Essential experience building with Lovable. We are specifically looking for a proven expert with hands-on, in-depth knowledge of this platform.
  • Strong understanding of document management workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience with third-party integrations.
  • Solid background in UX/UI principles and process-driven customization.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach, with a knack for working collaboratively as a partner rather than a solo contributor.
