Job Description

  • Reviews all plans and specifications.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment and productivity report.
  • Prepares and regularly update monitoring charts as required by the project team.
  • Provides accurate reference points (horizontal and vertical) for reference of the project team.
  • Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given and coordinated to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable.
  • Supervises the actual setting-out of structural and architectural works.
  • Establishes reference elevations and gridlines in accordance to approved plans with close coordination to the Operations group including subcon representative.
  • Re-check alignment and elevation of formworks and precast setting-out prior to concrete pouring.
  • Performs quality assessment of site works through daily observation, measurement, and inspection.
  • Check squareness of vertical structures such as shear walls, columns, and CMU.
  • Performs survey on actual constructed works for translation to as-built drawings.
  • Issues non-conformances notice for each non-conformance discovered to the operations group during inspection.
  • Ensures that the company's safety and security program is properly implemented

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS Geodetic Engineering or BS Civil Engineering Graduate
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the construction industry (High-rise).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Total Station, and GPS equipment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2020 or later), Leica/Trimble Total Station, and RTK GPS equipment
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer/Geodetic Engineer with valid PRC registration
