Position Description
Responsibilities:

  • Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDC
  • Support execution of the QIAGEN Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations
  • Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption
  • Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits
  • Work on simple to moderate user stories or change requests in an Agile Sprint Release

Position Requirements

  • At least 1 year of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization
  • 1-2 years of working experience as Salesforce Support with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus
  • At least 1 year of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization
