Job Descriptions:

  • Validation of weekly materials, manpower, equipment and tool request of all project against budget.
  • Updates project's actual cost and cost to complete.
  • Monitors project's accomplishment.
  • Tools, equipment and formworks charging.
  • Monitor and updating Project's budget.
  • Outsourcing of Sub-contractor / Supplier for the proper scope of works
  • Prepare cost comparison, negotiate contract details with the lowest responsive sub-contractor / suppliers.
  • Perform valuation and prepare payment recommendation of Sub-contractor / Suppliers
  • Perform reconciliation with the Subcontractor on Progress Billing.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
