Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the project through monitoring and analyzing in terms of costs, materials, manpower and other resources that are needed for the execution of the project. Also, for the PMT/Client concerns with regards to any commercial concerns such as change order proposals, additive/deductive and billings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of the committed cost with WBS and estimate of all materials needed for the project.
  • Supervises and leads the estimating works together with other engineers (Field or PMO Department) for the committed cost and reconcile with the QS Department.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of project costs, coordination to CCM and QS Department, checking of PR and PO and cost proposals for the change order and additional work.
  • Leads the commercial team in the absence of commercial head. Delegates daily works and targets of the site commercial team.
  • Prepares reports for weekly and monthly meetings with the management and for the client.

Qualifications

1. Education: Civil Engineering Graduate

2. Experience: At least 3 years with the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
