Job Summary:

The Site Architect is responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural works at the project site. This role ensures that construction activities comply with design plans, quality standards, and project schedules. The Site Architect coordinates closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve site issues and maintain design integrity throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress and inspection reports.
  • Ensure that all architectural details are implemented accurately and meet design intent.
  • Lead and guide site teams, including foremen and workers, in executing architectural activities.
  • Review shop drawings, material samples, and method statements for approval.
  • Communicate and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on technical matters.
  • Identify and address design discrepancies or construction issues promptly.
  • Ensure safety standards and procedures are observed on-site.
  • Assist in project scheduling, planning, and quality assurance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; Revit is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
