SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review technical specification and resolution such as plans, etc. including site survey.
- Monitor program activity to achieve an "on-time" result and ensure timely delivery of requested materials for every site.
- Monitor program cost activity to achieve an "in budget" result.
- Perform work which involves conventional methods and types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment with relatively few complex areas.
- Monitor the preparation or modification of construction schedules, environmental impact studies, permits and design for project, equipment utilization, and preparation or modification of reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with implementing agencies (DPWH, LGU, etc.) for all requirements related to project.
- Prepare weekly project presentation of engineering department.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage engineering teams, technical staff, and other department needed in the operation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Conduct regular quality checks of projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Approve designs and technical documentation.
- Report project status to top management and stakeholders.
- Maintain constant communication with site and office engineers to provide quality results in the projects.
- Review billing and collection.
- Coordinate with SAP version 2 Team.
Qalifications:
Preferably BSCE (Licensed)
Preferably with ISO Awareness
Preferably certificates for Safety Officer 2 and Safety Officer 3
