Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeper who is an expert in QuickBooks Online. This person will be responsible for managing QuickBooks Online transactions and will assist with clean-up work for new client onboarding.

Requirements: Absolute Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in QuickBooks Online withUS companies.
  • Strong knowledge of the QuickBooks reclassification tool.
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail, a keen eye for identifying financial inconsistencies or errors in transactions
  • Bookkeeping or Accounting experiences with small US businesses with, with clients having 500 thousand to 10 Million USD annual revenue
  • Working knowledge of the integration of QuickBooks Online with other software, such as ERP and CRM.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • With a Laptop/PC with at least an i5 Processor or similar specification
  • At least having a 2nd screen or monitor.
  • DSL Internet connection at least 50mbps
  • Available to work 40 hours per week in the Central US Timezone

Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Service Titan, BuilderTrend, , and
  • Experience and knowledge in the construction and home service businesses is a huge plus.
  • Willing to work on high transaction volume and the cleanup of books.
  • Attention to detail and Time Management skills
  • Educational background in Accounting or related field
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
