The Opportunity

Thakral One is strengthening its DevOps capabilities to enable continuous delivery and automation across Salesforce platforms. As a
DevOps Engineer
, you will manage Salesforce deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high release quality in a dynamic Agile environment.

The Role

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce environments.
  • Execute deployments, dry runs, and rollback plans across sandboxes and production.
  • Enforce release and change management processes with CAB/CCB approvals.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, release managers, and QA teams to ensure deployment readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and CSOG guidelines.

The Expertise

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience in enterprise application delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Git, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation, deployment, and rollback strategies.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce release and deployment processes (Metadata API, Change Sets, SFDX, etc.).

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting Salesforce projects in Telecom or large enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization and cloud deployment models (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure).

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
