About the Role

As the
Salesforce Media Cloud Technical Lead
, you will be the technical expert guiding development across Media Cloud and Sales Cloud. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, ensure strong data modeling, and implement best practices across integration, DevOps, security, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using
    Media Cloud
    and
    Sales Cloud
    .
  • Ensure technical quality and consistency across data models, integrations, and platform changes.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Apply strong security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Manage and optimize data operations aligned with agreed data model designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years
    as a Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Salesforce Media Cloud
    ,
    Ad Sales
    ,
    Sales Cloud
    ,
    EPC
    , and
    CPQ
    .
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce
    APIs, integrations, and data modeling
    .
  • Front-end development experience:
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    .
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps
    principles and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Media industry experience.
  • Exposure to additional industry clouds (e.g.,
    Communications Cloud
    ,
    Media Cloud
    variants).
  • Salesforce Certifications — especially
    Media Cloud Accredited Professional
    or
    Comms Cloud AP
    .
