KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unload and receive imported, local, bulk, and containerized shipments.
  • Verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders (PO).
  • Inspect goods for damages, shortages, or discrepancies and report to concerned personnel.
  • Ensure proper labeling of goods based on PO and Sales Orders (SO).
  • Tag received items to their corresponding SO for tracking and reference.
  • Encode, tag, and update all received goods in the company system on a daily basis.
  • Scan supplier invoices and related delivery documents.
  • Work closely with purchasing and sales teams regarding goods received and related updates.
  • Report any damaged or discrepant items immediately.
  • Handle on-site or direct-to-customer drop shipments and update concerned parties.
  • Inventory and Returns.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Course Graduate (College-Level graduate is an advantage).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Inventory handling.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Systems, Inventory Processes, and Basic Documentation is an advantage.
  • Skilled in inspecting, receiving, and organizing shipments accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and other office productivity tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php18,127.92 per month
