The primary responsibility of the Research Recruiter is to efficiently find and recruit Research Participants for interviews, online surveys, focus groups and other research methods.

Requirements:

  • Resourceful, innovative and self-starter;
  • Must be able to utilize the channels available to source quality leads and discover other channels / platforms relevant to her work;
  • Comfortable in conducting calls (entry level to Executives);
  • With intermediate verbal English communication skills;
  • Likes to talk to peoples from different backgrounds and coordinate teams;
  • Team player who can manage and achieve weekly targets;
  • BPO experience is an advantage;
  • 2 slots available;
  • Project-based;
  • On-site work set up;
  • For immediate hiring.
