About the role

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Best Reliable Resources' in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City and Makati City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and assistance to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time role and will involve working in our modern contact centre.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and emails from customers, providing efficient and effective problem resolution
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and escalating feedback to the appropriate teams
  5. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the wider customer service team

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and empathize with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A positive, patient and resilient attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
