Marketing Officer

  • Work with Group Marketing Manager to develop content for brochures, portfolios and case studies that are aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Respond to marketing enquiries via phone, email, or social media.
  • Draft social media captions for approval & schedule social media posts.
  • Ensure regular updates are posted on digital platforms and websites, tracking analytics for post activity.
  • Create social stories that highlight the targeted capabilities and project experience of the company.
  • Make changes, updates and upgrades to company websites as requested by the Group Marketing Manager.
  • Create draft email newsletters for approval by the Group Marketing Manager in line with the agreed editorial publishing schedule.
  • Prepare relevant marketing materials for tradeshows and exhibitions.
  • Utilize Photoshop to make minor edits and adjustments to project images as per brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous marketing administration or content writing experience desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., Odoo) and creative software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Canva). Knowledge of website coding highly regarded (integrated with WordPress).
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment supporting others.
  • Proactive approach to learning and developing new skills.
  • Interest in creativity and design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
