Job Description

As a Data Entry and ServiceM8 Booking Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing job bookings, processing essential information, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. Your accuracy and efficiency will help drive operational success in a dynamic service-driven industry.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2+ years previous relevant experience in data entry
  • Proficiency in using ServiceM8 (Familiarity with service desk platforms is preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for phone conversations with customers
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiarity with other data entry software and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Accurately enter data into our systems
  • Book and manage jobs using ServiceM8
  • Ensure all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
