Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of data management within the company systems. You will ensure that records are handled properly, documents are processed timely, and office operations run smoothly. You will also supervise data entry personnel and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and manage data accurately within company systems.

  • Process and maintain records, documents, and other critical office operations.

  • Guide data entry personnel, ensuring they comply with company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and accuracy.

  • Ensure that all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

  • Adapt to changing processes and assist in resolving data-related issues.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support the seamless flow of information.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any 4-year course.

  • At least 1 year of work experience as an Encoder or in a similar data entry role.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in data management software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Possesses above-average communication skills.

  • With a pleasing personality and able to work well in a team environment.

  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in data management software and office tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing tasks.
