The Sales Operations Officer is created to boost growth of the Bank's deposit products. The function will work closely with the Product Management Officers under the Business Innovation Group to create new deposit products or enhance the existing offerings to drive growth and volume. He/ She is expected to execute the sales plan to hit annual targets.

NOTE: This position require applicants with extensive knowledge in bank operations and products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable in coaching, developing, and mentoring his/her team members to guarantee proper execution of bank policies and procedures

  • Ensures proper staffing of the group, performs initial disciplinary action to minor violations of direct reports, or initiates timely elevation of people-related incident report to the Cluster Leader when necessary for proper handling of disciplinary procedures

  • Responsible in instilling the following values/culture of the team promoted by the bank:

  • Responsible for ensuring that premises and all facilities & equipment under his/her supervision are being maintained & properly always protected.

  • Timely conduct and submission to appropriate units of performance evaluation of all team members.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the Bank's financial objectives in terms of deposit generation

  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures in the implementation of the strategies and plans

  • Monitor, analyze, and present sales and market trends/productivity

  • Perform other functions and prepare Reports as assigned by the Immediate / Group Leader.

Job Qualifications and Competencies Requirement

  • Graduate of at least 4-year course, preferably business-related courses

  • Proven experience as a Bank Manager or Financial Product sales officer or similar role in financial sector

  • Must have the following Technical Competencies ("Know-how"):

    • Must have basic knowledge in banking & loans processing

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

    • Must have good verbal and writing communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

    • Strategic Management Skill
