Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Multi-Brand Portfolio)

Remote | Full-Time | Competitive Salary

We're looking for a talented and highly driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital strategies across multiple UK-based brands owned or managed by Matthew Harris. This is a senior, hands-on role supporting a diverse portfolio that includes:

  • A premium perfume and fragrance brand
  • CVER Health & Fitness (online publication)
  • CVER Sports and related sports channels
  • Additional consumer and digital brands within the group

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across several brands.
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
  • Lead end-to-end marketing for the perfume brand, including Shopify sales, retail campaigns, and distributor support.
  • Drive subscriber and follower growth for online publications.
  • Produce monthly performance reports using data and insights.
  • Manage website and landing page updates while maintaining brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with Matthew Harris and external creatives.
  • Guide and support social media coordinators when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • A Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of Western brands and consumer behaviour.
  • Deep expertise in social media management and content strategy.
  • Experience with online newsletters, subscription models, or online magazines.
  • At least 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Shopify or e-commerce experience (preferred).
  • Excellent English writing, communication, and creative judgement.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable — able to manage multiple brands at once.
