What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the ideation and execution of blockchain-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
  • Define requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize blockchain integrations, smart contracts, and crypto transaction flows.
  • Explore and assess blockchain solutions to enhance scalability, security, and transaction efficiency.
  • Evaluate potential integrations with wallets, custody providers, and decentralized technologies to improve the user experience.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and UX teams to optimize the user journey.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Mixpanel to track user behavior and measure success.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the user journey and conversion rates within the product.

Qualification/Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on crypto, blockchain, or DeFi products, is required.
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to take blockchain-related initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Ability to manage product priorities, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Strong documentation skills, capable of writing clear product specs, user flows, and roadmaps.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, wallets, and crypto transaction flows.
  • Strong understanding of L1/L2 scaling solutions, DeFi protocols, and tokenomics.
  • Experience working with crypto exchanges, wallets, or decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Familiarity with on-chain and off-chain data tracking for product analytics.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Asana for managing product development and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Crypto and Blockchain industries is required.
