They stay updated on market trends to maximize reach to potential clients.

Scope of ResponsibilitiesManage digital campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver excellent results. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop integrated marketing solutions tailored to client needs. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for upselling and optimization.

Produce analytics reports, including case studies, to demonstrate effectiveness and share learnings. Ensure the team meets the Production Quota and maintains KPIs. Plan and implement strategies to generate leads and appointments through various channels such as voice, email, social media, chat, and web marketing.

Oversee the creation and optimization of campaign materials like target lists, content, and call flows. Lead, give feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training to staff. Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, and maintain the company's standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Deliver regular campaign results reports as required. Train, coach, and develop agents, including monitoring presentations and conducting evaluations.

Assist in maintaining a positive and motivating work environment. Measure and improve campaign ROI.Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or the CEO.Seniority level
