About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Product Manager with a passion for cryptocurrency and expertise in AI and technologies to drive the innovation of our product portfolio. You will design, build, and launch AI-powered solutions to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and usability of their payment platform. This role requires a deep understanding of AI applications, blockchain technologies, and user-centric product design. This position could be a founding role, requiring comfort in working with remote, geographically dispersed teams, as well as the adaptability to thrive in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

AI-Powered Innovation:

• Research and evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., machine learning models, GPT, automation tools) that can enhance our client's product offerings.
• Define use cases for AI in product features, such as:

Product Ownership:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Lead the planning and execution of iteration cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.

Personalized user experience:

• Offer tailored payment solutions to users based on behavior and preferences.

Automated support:

• Deploy AI-driven chatbots or virtual assistants for 24/7 customer support.
• Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to prototype and integrate these features into our client's ecosystem.

Product Strategy and Development

• Design a roadmap for AI-integrated product innovations and prioritize features
• based on market needs and business goals.
• Conduct deep competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for AI-based differentiation.
• Define and document clear product requirements for technical teams, with a focus on AI functionality and end-user impact.

AI-Driven Operational Efficiency

• Identify internal processes where AI can increase efficiency, such as customer onboarding, data analysis, and product testing.
• Lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks using tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and NLP (Natural Language Processing).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal) to ensure the seamless delivery of AI-based solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding AI innovations and their impact on product performance.

Ethical AI and Compliance

• Ensure that AI technologies are implemented responsibly, adhering to ethical guidelines and global regulations.
• Work with compliance teams to align AI solutions with local and international crypto regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product management with a strong sense of ownership over the product lifecycle
• Proven track record in working with payment solutions or similar applications
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is preferred.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product features and improvements
• Hands-on experience working in iterative development cycles and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to prioritize features based on user value, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Proficient in defining, tracking, and analyzing success metrics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the payments industry.
• Proficiency in AI methodologies like natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and computer vision.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable solutions for diverse stakeholders.
