Senior Product Manager

Open is a purpose-driven Australian fintech building a B2C money app with a mission to disrupt banking for good. As a Product Manager – Growth & AI who's part of the founding team, you'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from pilot execution and funnel optimisation to in-market success. Working alongside our founder, engineering, and a cross-functional team, you'll ship fast, learn faster, and embed generative AI and open banking into everyday experiences that help Australians save.

• Contribute to strategy & roadmap executing the pilot and iterating on real-time data.
• Define & prioritise features – turn business goals and user insights into clear requirements, hypotheses and experiment plans.
• Own roadmaps & backlogs – plan sprint plans, write detailed specs and manage QA to keep the team focused on high-value work and rapid delivery.
• Drive funnel optimisation – design and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve onboarding, activation and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally – partner closely with engineering, design, data and ops to deliver polished UX and AI-powered capabilities.
• Track & report progress – monitor timelines, KPIs and experiment results (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Risk & issue management – surface blockers early, ensure compliance in a regulated domain, and proactively drive resolution.

Required:

• 5+ years product-management or data-driven product-analyst experience at leading tech, fintech or comparison platforms
• Proven record of running experiments, shipping AI-informed features and lifting growth metrics.
• Proficient with AI tools; curious and hands-on with emerging tech.
• Strong quantitative skills—comfortable with SQL, dashboards, Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4 and experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with growth funnels, behavioural UX and conversion best practices; adept at JIRA, API documentation.
• Ideal: Experience working at mortgage, finance, fintech, banking
