Qashier is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our growth

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Off-site troubleshooting, technical issue verification and solving our merchants concerns through phone, email and live chat within target SLAs
  • Log merchants feature requests and feedback to the product team.
  • Route leads and issues to the appropriate team. (E.g Sales lead to Sales team, bugs to Product Team and etc) using established processes.
  • Answer how-to questions, offer workarounds and solve issues as soon as possible.
  • Show composure, resilience, professionalism and flexibility

What you should bring along

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, preferable in payments, B2B, SaaS.
  • Passionate about technology, startups, fintech and the retail space
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills
  • A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented
  • Strong creative problem solving skills
