We are looking for a Finance Specialist who will take the lead in managing the company's finances, tracking revenue and expenses, preparing reports, processing incentives and payroll-related costs, and ensuring tax and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor company cash flow, revenue, and expenses.
  • Track financial performance from sales, visa processing, and corporate accounts.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow summaries and monthly financial reports.
  • Compute payroll-related items such as commissions, incentives, and bonuses.
  • Handle government-related filings and remittances: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR and government-related financial requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations for cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial records and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in financial reporting or accounting
  • Strong in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and BIR compliance
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax, BIR filing, and payroll processing
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, analytical, organized
