Customer Support are tasked with carrying out assignments at various locations, working directly with clients, customers, or project teams. This role involves traveling to specific sites to offer support, provide services, or gather information. Customer Support ensure that operations in the field are carried out effectively, upholding high levels of service, quality, and safety. They report to the Site Supervisor, providing updates on site conditions, progress, and any challenges encountered during their work.

Key Responsibilities:


• Perform various tasks at off-site locations as assigned, ensuring that they meet company standards and client expectations.


• Engage with customers to provide support, answer questions, and deliver services or solutions.


• Gather data and document findings, then report back to management on site conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.


• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe operations and maintain compliance with regulations.


• Effectively manage time to complete tasks within the required timeframe, ensuring productivity and efficiency at all sites.

Qualifications:


• Strong communication and teamwork.


• Problem solving and decision making.


• Patience at every client interaction.


• Physically stamina and attention to safety of the client and the products (orb).
