Job Summary

The Finance Staff is responsible for managing cash collections, verifying transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Additionally, the role supports budgeting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash management operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Match & Check: Compare kiosk records with actual cash; report any mismatch.
  • Secure Funds: Handle and store cash safely following internal procedures.
  • Daily Reporting: Prepare summaries of cash activities for supervisors.
  • Assist in Budgeting: Join budget planning and performance tracking.
  • Improve Systems: Suggest better ways to manage money and streamline tasks.
  • Help Other Offices: Support finance teams in other locations when needed.
  • Maintain Records: Keep documents organized for reviews and compliance.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Financial Management.
  • 6 Months to 1 Year experience
  • Fresh Graduated is welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
