  • Can accept SHS Graduate, Completed 2 years in College or Vocational
  • Minimum of 1 year in IT, Helpdesk or Service Desk experience.
  • Native Brazilian Portuguese Speaker
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Will be supporting clients using Portuguese and English
  • Voice, Non voice, email, chats and ticket
  • Technical (supporting employees) - forgot log in credentials, access specific sharepoint, install software or application

Location: Pasay City

Work Schedule: Shifting (24x7)

Work Setup: 1 to 2 months onsite training, then temporary WFH depends on business needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
