Multilingual Helpdesk Technicians (Brazilian Portuguese)

Work setup: 1-2 months onsite training, then temporary WFH; subject to business needs for full onsite return in the future.

Work schedule: Shifting schedule

Start Date: December 2025

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year in IT, Helpdesk, or Service Desk experience.
  • Work permit processing is provided for foreigners.
  • Open to college undergraduates.
  • Must be willing to work onsite once required.
