Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Analyst Programmer/Report Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet both business and operational goals. You'll translate business requirements into robust technical builds, enhance existing systems, and continuously improve development processes across testing, code review, deployment, and release management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality SQL scripts and reporting solutions
  • Build, test, and review reports to ensure accuracy, performance, and usability
  • Optimize SQL queries for improved performance and efficiency
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports
  • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to design effective system solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, offering enhancement suggestions as needed
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for reports, scripts, and configurations
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements in software development, including testing and deployment practices

Technical Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL development
  • Strong background in SSRS and SSIS development and deployment
  • Solid development experience with .NET/C# for backend and web applications
  • Experience with TFS Release Management and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server with strong optimization and debugging skills
