Main objective is to build and maintain relationship with prospect Doctors to encourage repeat order/purchase form us. He/She should understand client needs versus company offerings for target promotion.

Job Responsibility

1. Product Mastery

a. Actively engage in comprehensive product training to develop in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings, ensuring confidence and credibility in every customer interaction.

2. Strategic Pre-Call Planning

a. Evaluate the specific needs and prescribing patterns of doctors within your assigned territory.

b. Prioritize high-impact engagements by identifying and targeting physicians based on current usage versus potential.

c. Gather valuable insights by observing patient demographics, physician interests, and competitor activities and materials.

3. Building Professional Rapport

a. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a demeanor that reflects the brand's values and mission.

4. Effective Product Detailing

a. Confidently present and promote the company's products tailored to the physician's specialty (e.g., psychiatrists – antidepressants, antipsychotics).

b. Clearly communicate key product attributes, including importer, manufacturer, pricing, clinical benefits, and competitive differentiators.

5. Driving Product Adoption & Promotion

a. Encourage initial product trials among non-prescribing physicians by highlighting therapeutic value and patient benefits.

b. Cultivate interest and establish need through tailored messaging aligned with each doctor's practice.

c. Reinforce loyalty and promote repeat prescribing among existing clients.

d. Showcase promotional programs and value-added packages to further engage physicians and drive sustained support.

6. End-to-End Sales Coordination

a. Ensure seamless execution from prescription generation to product delivery, maintaining visibility across each stage of the sales process.

b. Collaborate closely with assigned Sales Coordinators to streamline internal processes and address any operational requirements promptly.

7. Strengthening Doctor Engagement

a. Maintain regular and meaningful visits to physicians, actively seeking their support and feedback to reinforce collaboration.

b. Foster long-term relationships through consistent communication—whether in-person, virtually, or via messaging platforms—positioning the company as a reliable and responsive partner.

Qualification

  • Preferably a graduate of an allied health course
  • Proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with a pleasant personality
