About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a commercial real estate project in
Western Visayas
. The role requires a licensed
Engineer
with a strong background in
construction and project management
, preferably someone based in or familiar with the local area.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for commercial real estate developments—from planning to turnover.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety protocols.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Report progress, issues, and risks to management and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster strong collaboration with local stakeholders, including government agencies and project partners.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
    (required).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in
    construction or commercial project management
    , preferably within the
    real estate industry
    .
  • Proven experience managing
    mid to large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments
    .
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and local building regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools.
  • Preferably a local resident of Western Visayas
    or willing to relocate.
