JOB PURPOSE End to end project management for store network development from acquisition, planning and design, procurement, to construction and turnover. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Provide full support to the Project Team in project planning, staffing, implementing, and controlling of the project. Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. Assist in terms of preparation of Project Schedule, Project Execution Plan and Project Budget Procurement Management, including coordination for various trades including preparation of Request for Proposals, Review of Bids, Recommendation, Contracts Review and Awarding of Successful Bidders. Site Coordination, Monitoring, and Supervision – ensure all works are done as per schedule and within the budget Analyze risks and opportunities. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that may arise Communicate project status to all participants Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures Issue all appropriate legal paperwork Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Ensures standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Any other tasks assigned by management SKILLS and COMPTENCIES Proficient in Project Management and Construction Management Methodologies Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Experience in project management, from conception to delivery Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong client-facing and teamwork skills Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control Hands-on experience with project management tools Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office applications and other project management/design programs Excellent knowledge in local building codes and safety standards Able to manage multiples assignments in a professional manner and work closely with the team Able to adapt into a fast paced working environment results driven Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision resourceful, self motivated and trustworthy Good analytical skills fluent in English (written and oral) Experience working in Fit Out Construction JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors / College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. At least 3 years working experience in related filed is required for this position, preferably in Real Estate project management in construction and fit out project Required language(s): English Excellent communication skills both oral and written must be organized, willing to extend work hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
