Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Head located in Malay. The role involves overseeing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive business growth and ensure brand visibility. Responsibilities include market planning, marketing management, conducting in-depth market research, developing sales strategies, building relationships through public relations, and monitoring performance metrics. The Sales and Marketing Head will lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify business opportunities and develop strategic approaches to capture market share
  • Proficiency in Marketing Management and Sales to create and implement marketing strategies and achieve revenue goals
  • Strong knowledge in Public Relations to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, ensuring alignment and motivation within the sales and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • An understanding of the real estate market and industry trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous
