Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • A higher education degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the Australian lending market is an advantage
  • Knowledge of current Australian lender policies and capacity to stay on top of lender and market policy movements.
  • Honest, reliable, and hardworking is essential.
  • Strong problem solving, and mathematical skills are required. Think outside the box and a strong desire to solving problem is required for this position.
  • CRM and ApplyOnline Experience

What will you do?

  • Daily you will manage the day-to-day loan process, such as follow up's on outstanding documents.
  • In addition to managing the day-to-day loan process, you will also be required to input and maintain data in the CRM - Mercury and AOL.
  • You will be ordering valuations, managing any requests for further information from the lender while keeping your client fully informed, on an online basis.
  • You will complete pricing requests with lenders and serviceability calculations.
  • You will be fully trained in the specific requirements and you will be responsible to prioritize you daily workload.
  • You will be required to contact the lender and monitor the status of application/s, ensuring that deals are processed within an acceptable timeframe.
  • You will review each loan application to verify that all supporting documents are available, accurate and completed per requirements.
  • You will ensure all compliance procedures are followed.
  • You will conduct follow-up post settlement (client management).
