Oversee efficiency of operation outlet process. 2. Oversee and guide the performance of the outlet staff during the assigned shift. 3. Provide training, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality service standards. 4. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. 5. Interact with customers to gather feedback, address complaints, and enhance the overall dining experience. 6. Oversee the opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. 7. Coordinate with the Commissary staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders. 8. Monitor inventory levels, track supply usage, and place orders as needed to avoid shortages. 9. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures, including cash handling, safety protocols, and cleanliness guidelines. 10. Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 11. Create shift schedules, taking into consideration employee availability, workload, and business needs. 12. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies. 13. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including break schedules and overtime requirements. 14. Handle customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies, making quick decisions to resolve issues and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant. 15. Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and other expenses, to achieve profitability targets. 16. Conduct cash register audits, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to financial procedures. 17. Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing input on areas for cost savings and revenue generation. 18. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for various business functions, and customer support. 19. Analyze business requirements and customer needs. 20. Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs. 21. Monitor and report on department performance. 22. Supervise and train employees including making decisions about hiring, evaluating, scheduling/work assignments, work procedures, resolving conflicts and training. 23. Responsible for determining and recommending training needs and planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-day operations. 24. Evaluating the performance of assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback and addressing any shortcomings. 25. Direct and supervise the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards. 26. Monitoring, collecting and computation of outlet staff Daily Time Record (DTR). 27. Coordinate with HR and Admin, Commissary (Outlet/Kitchen/Baking), Purchasing & Logistic with any concerns, queries from outlet and clients. 28. Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily. 29. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage. 30. Strictly implementation of company policies and procedures. 31. Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory, audit, etc.) 32. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. 33. Maintains cleanliness and ensures the "Clean As you GO" in areas. 34. Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules etc. 35. Other tasks that may assign from time to time.
