Job Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to support our growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and strata construction projects in Australia. In this role, you'll prepare accurate estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost breakdowns—while collaborating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of project bids and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for Australian construction projects

  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings with precision

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to validate pricing and scope

  • Use Prime Eco (preferred) or other estimating tools, along with Microsoft Excel, to manage cost data

  • Contribute to project planning by identifying cost efficiencies and potential risks

  • Support the sales and pre-construction team by discussing technical details with prospective clients

  • Maintain updated knowledge of local Australian construction rates and pricing trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in construction estimating (residential, commercial, strata)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

  • Experience with Australian construction methods, materials, and building codes

  • Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans

  • Experience using estimating tools; Prime Eco experience highly desirable

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Comfortable engaging with clients and contributing to lead conversion

  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

  • Team player who can also work independently

  • Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
