Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of high quality rotisserie chicken. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Spitting chickens by batch.
Cooks in batches of rotisserie chicken.
Familiarizes the different cooking procedures and machine operation.
Packs the cooked products.
Introduces to members the different products under the rotisserie section.
Monitors sales tracking per hour, daily and monthly basis.
Monitors FIFO of stocks.
Sees to it that display oven is full and complete of all items needed for display.
Ensure that the work area is clean and safe.
Ensures that all utensils/ equipment used are clean and placed in its proper location.
Observe proper grooming.
Practices courteousness towards everyone whether members-customers, visitors or employees.
Practices proper decorum as per Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures.
Observes punctuality at all times.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or the Duty Manager.
