Change Management Analyst

Contractual : 6-12 months

Work Location: On-site | BGC Taguig

Work schedule : Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed

Salary Offer: up to 80,000 + 3,000 NTA (TBD)

Non Negotiable:

  • 5year working experience with good understanding of other ITSM processes with focus on Change Management
  • Experience in Change Advisory Board Engagement and Facilitation
  • Experience in the use of KPIs and other methodologies to assess risks of changes, track trends and drive behavior
  • Familiarity with SOX Compliance
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow tool, Reporting and Knowledge Management
  • Proficient in MS Office; preferably with advanced Excel knowledge
  • Process improvement advocate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Change Management.
  • Good understanding of other ITSM processes particularly with Change Management, Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office; preferably with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Experience in creating Change Management agenda, reports, and schedules is preferred.
  • Experience in facilitation of Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings is preferred.
  • ITIL v4 and/or project management certifications preferred.
  • Experience in QA functions such as System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of a change (end-to-end), ensuring compliance with Albertsons' Change
  • Management policies and established guidelines.
  • Enforce and track Change Management process to support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and audit requirements.
  • Review and process RFCs (Requests for Change) assessing risk and impact while maintaining balance
  • between the need for change and potential negative impacts.
  • Conduct pre-planning and conflict analysis reviews for all changes.
  • Collaborate with change owners, implementers, stakeholders, and different IT support groups to negotiate
  • implementation windows and ensure synergy.
  • Facilitate Enterprise Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other Domain CAB meetings.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews for changes that negatively impacted business and service delivery.
  • Follow up on RFCs with internal teams to ensure all changes are closed with proper documentation.
  • Generate Change Management reports and review operational metrics to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Champion improvements to existing Change Management policies, and procedures.
  • Regularly review and update Change Management documentation to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Participate in QA functions such as System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • during ServiceNow upgrades and Change Module enhancements.
  • Assist IT employees in training, and adherence to the Change policy.
  • Facilitate ITSM Change Management orientation, training, and roadshows.
  • Support IT goals and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
