General Responsibilities:

The Change Management Analyst supports the successful implementation of projects or rollouts by driving employee adoption and engagement. The role focuses on guiding individuals through changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. This position develops and executes change management strategies and plans designed to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance, typically for initiatives with low to medium levels of change complexity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in organizational change management
  • Strong understanding of how individuals experience change and the overall change process
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including risk and resistance analysis and mitigation
  • Familiarity with data analysis to support Change Management KPIs
  • Highly organized with a strong aptitude for planning strategies and tactics
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and the phases of the project lifecycle
  • Strong business and domain knowledge, with awareness of organizational issues and challenges
  • Demonstrates strong results orientation
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and their application to Change Management deliverables

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
