Role Description

The Cashiering Supervisor Admin will oversee the daily operations of the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate transactions at Robinsons Supermarket. Responsibilities include supervising cashier staff, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolving customer concerns related to transactions, and preparing and analyzing financial and reconciliation reports. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cagayan De Oro City, with a mix of onsite and remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
  • Proven Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving operational challenges and evaluating financial reports.
  • Excellent Planning and Organizational abilities to handle scheduling, training, and workflow coordination.
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial management to oversee cashiering transactions and maintain accuracy and accountability.
  • Previous supervisory experience in retail or similar roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing operations and financial reporting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
