Treasury Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collection / Control Function

2. Accept customers' payments accurately

3. Print and sort all prepaid Invoices
4. Release all paid and prepaid Invoices only to customers' authorized representatives
5. Institute security measures to safeguard cash collection and confidential Information
6. Balance all collections at the end of each day vs Oracle Reports
7. Remit all collections to the bank through the proper channels and procedures
8. Receive and release GC to customers accurately
9. Print sales order and releases to customer's authorized representatives

10. Conduct bank to bank verification

11. Customer Service Function

12. Provide quality customer service both to internal and external customers

13. Carry out Account Officer's special request / instruction for their customers
14. Provide timely and accurate feedback on customers' complains
15. Report to General Services Admin Officer any equipment, furniture and fixture needing repair
16. Follow strictly all the policies and procedures of the Treasury Department
17. Perform other related responsibilities as maybe assigned by the Treasury Officer e.g., customer settlement

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of any Degree;
• Prior cashiering or similar work experience is an advantage;
• Should be willing to undergo training in Meycauayan, Bulacan (Accommodation and Allowances are provided during the training)
