Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles (fintech or regulated systems preferred)
  • Deep, hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, Private Link)
  • Proven management of large-scale EKS clusters: autoscaling, admission controllers, secure ingress (ALB/NLB + WAF)
  • Strong proficiency with Terraform (modules, workspaces, policy enforcement, remote backends)
  • Solid scripting ability in Python, Bash, or Go
  • Experience with secure CI/CD pipelines (image scanning, build validation, deployment gates)
  • Strong networking and security fundamentals: DNS, TLS, zero-trust, VPNs, load balancing, IP whitelisting
  • Proven record leading P1/P0 incident command, post-mortems, and on-call rotations
  • Proficiency with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Open Telemetry)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
  • Strong Git discipline: branching, semantic versioning, Conventional Commits

Pay: Php100, Php160,000.00 per month
