JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior NOC Engineer – Vicidial to lead the monitoring, management, and continuous improvement of our network and VoIP infrastructure, with a strong focus on Vicidial systems. This role requires expert-level knowledge of Vicidial/Asterisk, system administration, and network operations in a high-availability environment. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, driving system optimization, resolving complex incidents, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring 24/7 system reliability and performance.

JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Network Operations & Leadership

• Lead the monitoring and maintenance of network and system performance, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimal downtime.
• Manage escalated technical incidents and provide Tier 3 support, coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Maintain and update network documentation, configurations, and incident logs to support operational transparency and audit readiness.

Vicidial & Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and manage Vicidial systems on both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Optimize VoIP routing, system performance, and call quality across multiple dialer platforms (Vicidial, Issabel, Asterisk).
• Oversee system maintenance, version upgrades, and backup strategies to ensure reliability and business continuity.
• Collaborate with operations and IT leadership to scale infrastructure and align with business goals.

Cybersecurity, Compliance & Technical Mentorship

• Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats, patches, and security protocols.
• Provide mentorship to junior NOC engineers and support staff; conduct technical training sessions as needed.
• Lead initiatives to enhance IT literacy and operational efficiency across teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in NOC operations, VoIP systems, or IT infrastructure roles.
• Proven expertise in Vicidial, Asterisk-based dialers, and VoIP management.
• Strong background in network troubleshooting, Linux system administration, and cloud-based deployments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts or on-call duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
