We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join the team at Pacific Residences Condominium Corporation. This full-time role will be based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping support to our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports
- Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Processing and recording invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Newly graduate is welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
